CALOHEE is an EU funded project, co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union, designed to develop a multi-dimensional tool that will allow for universal comparison of bachelor and master students’ performance Europe-wide across multiple fields in the European Higher Education community.
We are delighted to hear that our very own exceptional Medical School student, Erla Hallgrimsdottir, has been chosen to represent all medical students across Europe on a fifteen member committee. This committee will collaborate on developing an academic framework which can be implemented on a European scale.
The aims of the project are to:
Step 1 – Develop a TUNING-CALOHEE Qualifications Reference Framework for the first and second cycle (bachelor and master)
Step 2 – Develop a related TUNING-CALOHEE Assessment Reference Framework for the first and second cycle (bachelor and master)
Step 3 – Match the Frameworks with existing degree programs
We believe Erla will be an invaluable member of the project provided her experience of medical training and research in multiple EU countries. This would not have been possible without hardship and determination. We are so very proud of our student!
Erla, please accept our heartiest congratulations on your success and know that we support you!
